Supply End Demand
For any business, meeting a market’s demand is fairly simple.
An entrepreneur realizes that people who don’t want to have kids, as yet, are having sex. And then, the entrepreneur sees a business opportunity in selling condoms.
It is that simple. Nothing wrong, or special with that.
With that said, while consumer feedback is imperative to a business that’s serious about survival; more often than not, it leads to a company that does nothing but help maintain the status quo.
In most cases, customers only realize what they need after you’ve given it to them.
(Like Henry Ford said, should he have asked people what they wanted, they would have demanded faster horses.)
