The irony of change
Although
predictability bores consumers, it excites most entrepreneurs, because change can turn a profitable entrepreneur into a job seeker.
The irony is that, there was a time where a way of doing something, a means of doing which ended up as today’s convention, was new. That being the case, threatening to the then way of getting things done.
But whatever that’s is being replaced, at some stage, replaced something. To a certain extent, change is merely a replacement of a replacement.
That’s is to say, today’s “new” will someday be some day’s “ancient.”
So, when it is time for tomorrow’s technology to kill today’s technology, don’t defend today’s technology, for it too killed yesterday’s technology.
