The Thing with Critics
Some artists aren’t painting cuz they’ve ran out of paint, or a blank canvas.
Some are merely lazy, and the rest are scared of what critics will say.
The irony is that: without a doer, a critic is useless.
In spite of that, the very same people who give sense to a critic’s being, are terrified of critics. Talk about an employer that’s scared of her employee!
The only deed a critic does, is talking about someone else’s deed, the done.
I mean, what is a soccer commentator without a soccer match? … Noise.
Every time a doer does, a critic is blessed with a job opportunity. That is to say, a doer is to a critic, what a company looking for an employee, is to an unemployed suitable candidate.
By writing this writing, I did. Ipso facto, I created employment for a critic.
(Go ahead, critic this writing. Tell the world what you think of what I think of you.)
